Day 1: Shanghai

October 17, 2011 We're overcoming our jet lag, made somewhat easier since China is exactly 12 hours different from Eastern Daylight time. We arrived yesterday in time to get a good night's sleep. Today we toured cultural sights and met with official China Christian Council leaders. And, we had our first real taste of authentic Chinese cuisine!
