Giving is an appropriate response to grace – God’s grace, given freely and made available to all. At Outreach we are committed to the conviction that the church exists for God’s glory and God’s mission. God’s Word teaches us that we exist for the sake of others.
Many congregations with a passion for mission make use of special offerings to deepen their members’ knowledge about and commitment to God’s work in the world. We invite your church to participate in these special offerings.
Christmas Special Offering - Dec. 24th
helping vulnerable children thrive and grow into healthy young adults
More than 153 million children in the world are vulnerable, often without lovin caregivers, and living in unhealthy environments. Some are orphans or have families that cannot care for them for many reasons including poverty and the impact of war. Many of them suffer from health problems, face mistreatment and abuse, and lack access to education.
The Outreach Foundation’s Vulnerable Children’s Fund supports vulnerable children in many areas of the world through feeding programs, medical care and trauma healing services, shelter, and education.
Join us in standing with vulnerable children around the world. Our partners serve with care and creativity to allow these children to thrive and grow into healthy young people and adults.

Easter Sunday - March 31st
Mini Libraries for Chinese Christian pastors and lay leaders
The development of Chinese pastors and trained lay leaders is important for the ongoing health of the church in China. Last year nearly 3,000 men and women graduated from various Bible training centers and seminaries. As part of our commitment to building the capacity of global partners, The Outreach Foundation has responded to requests from the Church in China for Chinese language resources to help them with preaching and practical ministry.
In partnership with Hong Kong based Christian Communications Limited we are providing mini- theological libraries to graduating pastors and lay leaders. Additionally we are helping to fuel their long term ministry by making it possible for them to receive discipleship materials for new believers.
We invite you to join us in prayer for Christians in China who are facing many challenges. However, hope persists and we have been invited to deeper partnership in multiple provinces. Celebrating this broader invitation, this Easter we invite you to give a gift of $160 to sponsor one full mini-theological library and “Jesus Driven Ministry” discipleship materials for a pastor and church leader in remote areas where access to resources is extremely limited.

Pentecost Sunday - May 19th
Providing Hope for Persians in Diaspora
The wonder of Pentecost is not lost on any of us. However, there is a special connection between Pentecost and Persians, who are among some of the most vibrant church growth occurring in the world today. Persia encompasses modern-day Iran, where Parthians, Medes, and Elamites were able to witness the miraculous birth of the church as recorded by Luke in Acts 2:9.
For several years, The Outreach Foundation has quietly labored among Persian-speaking believers, but now we support over a thousand house churches in Iran that are bearing witness to Christ. We also support ministries like satellite television programs, theological training, leadership development, and even the publication of Christian literature inside Iran.
The Outreach Foundation invites you and your churches to participate in this church special offering, supporting the work of our friends in the Persian Diaspora. With your help we can provide hope, standing among those who were the first to bear witness to the glory of Jesus Christ. See the bulletin insert belowl

World Communion Sunday -October 6th
Reducing Suffering in Israel, Lebanon, and Palestine
Our 2024 World Communion Sunday Church Special Offering will help reduce suffering in Israel, Lebanon, and Palestine. These regions have been deeply affected by ongoing conflict, displacement, and economic instability, leaving many families in dire need of basic necessities such as food, shelter, and medical care. We are working with our trusted partners on the ground to help show God’s love in tangible ways. This special offering is an opportunity for your church to extend its hands and hearts across borders to offer hope and relief to those facing unimaginable hardship.
Your generous contributions will directly support humanitarian and evangelistic efforts through our Middle East partners. We've attached two resources that will help make this offering a success at your church. The first resource is a liturgy for this week’s World Communion Sunday, written by our talented trustee, Rev. Kimmy Briggs from Lewistown, Montana. The second resource is our standard bulletin insert for you to use during your worship service(s).
At Outreach, we want to fuel the global mission of Christ by growing trusted relationships. Prayers and funds received are a great way to nurture existing relationships while building new ones along the way. If you already receive special offerings that are meaningful to your congregation, we encourage you to continue with them. But if you are looking for new opportunities, please consider joining us as we commit these special offerings to the Lord.
