August 20-26, 2017
For the last thirty years, churches in Latin America have experienced remarkable growth and become seriously involved in sharing the gospel in the parts of the world with the least access to it. Join Outreach staff to experience this vibrant missional movement. Associate Director Juan Sarmiento will lead the trip to the first stop, Bogota, Colombia, to participate in the Ibero-American Missionary Congress. COMIBAM, as it is commonly known, has been taking place every decade since the late 80s drawing more than 2,000 participants from all over the world. We will also visit with the Presbyterian Church of Colombia and learn from their church planting and holistic community outreach activities.
Estimated land cost is $1,250. Trip application deadline is May 20, 2017.
