About Our Partner

Six United Nations Refugee Camps in western Ethiopia near the border with Sudan and South Sudan house nearly 400,000 people. The Outreach Foundation has worked in the camps for years, providing Bibles in the Nuer language, which has helped create a vibrant Christian atmosphere. There are now 178 churches in the camps, as well as Bible training, Christian education, learning centers for the children, and trauma healing groups.

The Impact

Ongoing needs include more Bibles in the Nuer language, educational materials for adults and children, additional materials (print and audio) to extend trauma healing training into new areas, and tuition for training more evangelists and pastors.

The OPPORTUNITY

The Outreach Foundation is seeking gifts to support the mission and ministry of Rebuilding Hope among Refugees in Africa. All gifts of any size are welcomed to help address needs including trauma healing training, early childhood education, Bibles, and emergency relief.
