CHURCH CONSTRUCTION
ETHIOPIA

The Ethiopian Evangelical Church, Mekane Yesus, is at the center of enormous growth.  As one veteran missionary put it, “The Holy Spirit is out of control!"  In this place of historic Presbyterian mission involvement, God is doing a new thing.

The Outreach Foundation has been asked by the Ethiopian partners and the PC(USA)'s Office of International Evangelism to assist in supporting this explosion of church growth and evangelism by raising funds for construction of low-cost church buildings in key locations of four synods. Gifts will help provide a church building that will strengthen the life and outreach of a mission-minded Ethiopian congregation.
