The mission of The Outreach Foundation is to engage Presbyterians in Christ-centered evangelistic mission for the salvation of humankind.

• To be a dynamic catalyst in helping congregations develop relationships and  participate with global partners in God’s mission
• To focus our resources on programs and projects that build our partners’ own capacity for evangelistic mission
